What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 15-21 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at support@highkindcompany.com.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Contact us at support@highkindcompany.com to start your exchange/refund process. Items must be unused and in new condition. Please send it back to us within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Please note we do not provide return labels for shipping. There is a $5.00 restocking fee for all items returned. Once we have received the product(s), we will refund the full amount of your original purchase minus the restocking fee(s). 
Note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before processing a return/refund request.

My order is damaged or I received a completely wrong item, what is the process?

Sometimes things don't end up perfectly, but we will take measures to make sure you receive the right products. If your time is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, we will issue you a replacement item.

Take a clear photo of the front (and any print areas of the item), neck label, size or any damaged areas and email those to support@highkindcompany.com. We will send a confirmation of replacement. 

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order without penalty. You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item has been processed for shipping and delivery, please use our easy return process to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on the incomplete or incorrect information provided at the time of ordering. If the error was caught before the shipping process starts, please contact support@highkindcompany.com to process a cancellation.  

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 15-25 business days.
